Unhappy, unfulfilled, or underwhelmed with your current accounting solution? At Bells Accountants, you’re seen as a business partner, not a number. Switching your provider actually couldn’t be easier. Nor could it make more business sense.

We’ve created a switch-over service to save you the worry and hassle of handling the process yourself – it is efficient, swift, and painless. We’ll talk with your current accountants and handle all of the legwork. Simple.

You can change accountants at any point in time. However, if you have concerns about potential disruption to your business or any upcoming important financial deadlines feel free to contact our team and we can work through your concerns.

First and foremost, you should check that there is no legally binding contract between you and your current accountant which requires you to give notice.

Following this, the next step is to notify your accountant that you will be moving to another provider, and that you grant permission for all of your information to be released to your new providers. This stage isn’t something to be concerned about as businesses switch accountants for many reasons such as cost, a change of operating address or simply because they need a different service. We will provide you with a template letter to notify your provider if you wish, which includes a thank you for the services that you have received. At this point, we’ll then take over from here and we’ll be in touch as soon as the process is complete.

“The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.”
